New England Double IPA

In collaboration with Fremont Brewing in Seattle, WA, we've brewed a tropical and dank hazy double IPA. Loaded with oats and wheat, we double dry hopped this with over 5#/bbl of Citra, Citra Cryo, Vic Secret and Nectaron hops. Intense hop flavors of stone fruit, orange pith and pineapple dominate the palate, while a light bitterness and soft mouthfeel make this hoppy monster easy to tackle.
Wandering Hiker
Raspberry Cheesecake Milkshake IPA

Our Pittsburgh friends from Hitchhiker Brewing Co stopped in for a sweet, sweet collaboration. Wandering Hiker is a raspberry milkshake IPA with loads of lactose, raspberry puree and Tahitian vanilla. Hopped with 2# per barrel of Citra and Mosaic add to the fruit cocktail aroma and attempt to add some balance to the absurd sweetness of this milkshake dessert.
Viator Obscura: Butterfinger
Imperial Pastry Stout

Our base imperial pastry stout, Viator Obscura (Latin for “dark traveler”), gets a complex grist bill with caramel, chocolate, and roasted malts before a 3 hour boil boosts our potential ABV and caramelizes the extracted sugars. Balancing hops are added to the boil and long, cool fermentation presents a smooth, chocolatey and sweet base stout. Viator Obscura: Butterfinger is conditioned on 1#/gallon of delectable butterfinger bars for an incredible blast of peanut butter and chocolate.

We took our imperial stout, Viator Obscura, and aged it maple barrels. The result is a monster dose of sweet and sticky maple syrup on top of our thick, chocolate and caramel forward stout.
Phantoms

Phantoms! Eerie tales of suspense! This double IPA starts with plenty of oats and a touch honey malt to lay the pillowy, sweet groundwork for a heaping double dry hopping routine. An early addition of Strata provides some dank and grapefruit notes before a dose of Citra Cryo and Nelson Sauvin bring the fresh citrus rind, ripe gooseberry, and subtle passionfruit. Keep an eye out for more DIPAs fit for a Czar.

This rad collaboration came from a visit to our great friends at Weldwerks in Greeley, CO. Monsters at Werk is a super juicy IPA brewed with Citra, Riwaka, Lotus Salvo, Sabro and Sultana hops.

Wisconsin Ale

Inspired by a trip to Wisconsin, Bossie embodies the slowed-down, extra-friendly nature of the Midwest population. Brewed to be easy drinking, lightly hopped, with a fruity finish from the yeast, we’ve crafted something with character to be enjoyed with friends, family, and strangers alike.
Huldra
Blonde Ale

Named for a blonde creature of Scandinavian folklore, Huldra is the first beer that came out of our brewhouse. A lightly bready malt character, hop additions for low bitterness and soft citrus notes, and a clean finish make this blonde ale something to come back to pint after pint.

Kolsch

Our nod to the famous Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom in German) is a beautifully traditional Kölsch style ale. Brewed with 100% German malts and hops, Döm, is a pale straw yellow with a frothy white foam that presents cracker-like aroma and sublte fruit/spice.
Gold Monsters
White IPA

White IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends at Goldspot Brewing in Denver. What starts as a Belgian Witbier with pilsner malt, malted and flaked wheat, fresh orange peel, and a Belgian yeast ends with heavy hopping in the whirlpool and dry hopping of citrus forward hops Cascade, Azacca, and Motueka. Full bodied from the wheat, showcases lightly herbal spice from the yeast and bursts with citrus fruits, tropical fruits, and floral hop character.
Ludwig
The very first Oktoberfest celebration in Munich was to honor the wedding of King Ludwig and Princess Therese. Our homage to the beer served at present day Oktoberfests is our Ludwig festbier lager. Brewed with German malts and German hops, we’ve created a light, malty, and sessionable lager. Served in a ceramic stein while supplies last.
Fogbringer IV
IPA

The fourth iteration of Fogbringer saw some El Dorado Salvo in the whirlpool to provide a bouquet of tropical and citrus fruit without adding bitterness. A double dry hop process with Citra and Citra Cryo doubles down on citrus hop flavor while providing a smooth mouthfeel.
Untitled Monsters
Fruited Sour Ale

For this delicious summer refresher, we partnered with our friends at Untitled Art in Waunakee, Wisconsin. We put together a base sour that we then loaded up with heaps of raspberry puree and Sicilian lemon puree for a wild beer that tastes like a frozen raspberry lemonade. A touch of brown sugar and cinnamon bring some depth, but the showcase belongs to the fruit. We hope you enjoy this rich, tart, and hefty fruited sour ale as much as we enjoyed making it with our Midwest companions.
