In our newest collaboration with our friends at Weldwerks, we’ve created something hoppy and refreshing! We’re All Family Beer is an Italian Pils brewed with pilsner malt and a touch of carafoam for a simple malt bill that provides a light body and a cracker-like flavor. Whirlpool and dry hopping additions of Hallertau Blanc and Motueka add a delightful hop aroma of white wine grape and bright citrus. The result is a new-world lager that is as flavorful as it is drinkable
Get to the Choppa
Brewed with high-character malt like German produced Vienna and Munich, this copper-colored lager stays drinkable while producing biscuit, toasted grain, and light floral notes.

For the seventh installment of our ever-changing Fogbringer series, we brewed a hazy IPA with an expressive yeast that has been genetically modified to produce thiol precursors - a fancy term for making the beer taste like stone fruit! Whirlpool hopping with Nelson Sauvin and dry hopping with Motueka, FB7 has a bouquet of fruity hop aromas and a smooth creamy mouthfeel.

Our fan favorite amber is back with a new name but with the same balanced profile. Crystal malts and cascade hops balance perfectly for a crisp and drinkable amber with toasted malt, sweet caramel and a hint of citrus.
Bossie

Inspired by a trip to Wisconsin, Bossie embodies the slowed down, extra-friendly nature of the midwest population. Brewed to be easy drinking, lightly hopped, with a fruity finish from the yeast, we’ve crafted something with character to be enjoyed with friends, family, and strangers alike.
Oatopia
Oat Cream IPA

This niche subset of New England IPAs - oat cream IPA - has over 40% of its grist bill made up of oats! This heavy protein mash brings a ton of body to the beer as well as an opaque haze. Lactose in the boil makes it extra creamy. We loaded it up with a single hop - Vic Secret from Australia - in the whirlpool and dry hop for pineapple and passionfruit aroma with a touch of pine and white wine.

Just in time for the warming weather, this raspberry wheat is light in body, clean in profile, and delightfully fruity. Perfect for those who love the refreshing summer fruit without the intense tartness from a sour beer.

Viator Obscura:
Pretzel Day
Imperial Pastry Stout

Our base imperial pastry stout, Viator Obscura (latin for “dark traveler”), gets a complex grist bill with caramel, chocolate, and roasted malts before a 3 hour boil boosts our potential ABV and caramelizes the extracted sugars. Balancing hops are added to the boil and long, cool fermentation presents a smooth, chocolatey and sweet base stout. In celebration of Pretzel Day, we have released a version of Obscura conditioned on every topping from "The Works" pretzel from The Office.
Neon Squid
IPA

​Our take on a popular IPA from Austin, TX, Neon Squid is brewed to be moderately bitter, full of hop flavor and aroma, with a refreshing finish. Loaded with 7 different hop varieties, Neon Squid brings big aromas of peach, nectarine, and orange citrus to balance a solid malt backbone derived from oats and a touch of crystal malt.

Witbier

We remade one of the beers we had at opening! Named for the mythical Dutch ghost, Beeldwit is a Belgian-style witbier. Light in color with a soft mouthfeel, the witbier is made with coriander, orange peel, and copious amounts of wheat that gives a distinct phenolic profile of citrus and clove from fermentation with Belgian sourced yeast.
Huldra
Blonde Ale

Named for a blonde creature of Scandinavian folklore, Huldra is the first beer that came out of our brewhouse. A lightly bready malt character, hop additions for low bitterness and soft citrus notes, and a clean finish make this blonde ale something to come back to pint after pint.

A special rendition of our Fogbringer 7 has an addition of Nelson Sauvin hop oil from New Zealand for an added dank and resinous hoppiness.
Döm
Kölsch

​Our nod to the famous Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom in German) is a beautifully traditional Kölsch style ale. Brewed with 100% German malts and hops, Döm, is a pale straw yellow with a frothy white foam that presents cracker-like aroma and sublte fruit/spice.
