Pomona: Island Time
Smoothie Sour

Pomona, the goddess of fruit and orchards, is the namesake of our smoothie sour series. Using a kettle sour technique of introducing lactobacillus to our kettle to drop the pH overnight, we brewed a tart base beer with low hopping and a clean fermentation. For this iteration, we’ve conditioned Pomona on pink guava puree, pineapple juice, limeade and coconut cream to create a beer to put you on Island Time!

Brewed with high-character malt like German produced Vienna and Munich, this copper-colored lager stays drinkable while producing biscuit, toasted grain, and light floral notes. 

Fogbringer 6
NE IPA

The sixth rendition of our Fogbringer hazy IPA series is built with a huge amount of oats and wheat for maximum mouthfeel. A generous whirlpool hop addition and two separate dry hopping additions of Mosaic, Cashmere and Alora provide stone fruit, berry, and intense citrus to this exceptionally hazy IPA.

Our fan favorite amber is back with a new name but with the same balanced profile. Crystal malts and cascade hops balance perfectly for a crisp and drinkable amber with toasted malt, sweet caramel and a hint of citrus.

Bossie

Inspired by a trip to Wisconsin, Bossie embodies the slowed down, extra-friendly nature of the midwest population. Brewed to be easy drinking, lightly hopped, with a fruity finish from the yeast, we’ve crafted something with character to be enjoyed with friends, family, and strangers alike.

Oatopia
Oat Cream IPA

This niche subset of New England IPAs - oat cream IPA - has over 40% of its grist bill made up of oats! This heavy protein mash brings a ton of body to the beer as well as an opaque haze. Lactose in the boil makes it extra creamy. We loaded it up with a single hop - Vic Secret from Australia - in the whirlpool and dry hop for pineapple and passionfruit aroma with a touch of pine and white wine.

Just in time for the warming weather, this raspberry wheat is light in body, clean in profile, and delightfully fruity. Perfect for those who love the refreshing summer fruit without the intense tartness from a sour beer. 

Viator Obscura:
Double Chocolate
Imperial Pastry Stout

Our base imperial pastry stout, Viator Obscura (latin for “dark traveler”), gets a complex grist bill with caramel, chocolate, and roasted malts before a 3 hour boil boosts our potential ABV and caramelizes the extracted sugars. Balancing hops are added to the boil and long, cool fermentation presents a smooth, chocolatey and sweet base stout. For Double Chocolate, we loaded up Obscura with 10 lbs per barrel of cacao nibs and 5 lbs per barrel of cacao husks for a delightful experience with a combination of rich milk chocolate and bitter dark cocoa.

Shadow Beast
Milk Stout

Shadow Beast is our sweet and roasty Milk Stout. It's brewed with copious malt varieties to bring out coffee, chocolate, and caramel notes. A moderate lactose addition to the boil adds body and residual sweetness. After some light hopping, this beast is a perfect blend of bitter roast, sweet chocolate, and creamy vanilla.

Witbier

We remade one of the beers we had at opening! Named for the mythical Dutch ghost, Beeldwit is a Belgian-style witbier. Light in color with a soft mouthfeel, the witbier is made with coriander, orange peel, and copious amounts of wheat that gives a distinct phenolic profile of citrus and clove from fermentation with Belgian sourced yeast. 

Huldra
Blonde Ale

Named for a blonde creature of Scandinavian folklore, Huldra is the first beer that came out of our brewhouse. A lightly bready malt character, hop additions for low bitterness and soft citrus notes, and a clean finish make this blonde ale something to come back to pint after pint.
